Platinum Used Cars is a Highline Used Car Dealership in Alpharetta. We are looking for a strong Automobile Dealership GSM/ Sales Manager with a proven track record to lead the sales team and help us grow to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Desking/CRM -
- Must be able to desk, structure car deals, get approvals, rehash, pencil, t.o., close deals, motivate, control, and train a sales staff and help lead the team.
- Coach Sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation, and lead profitability of your teams.
- Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of the Sales team and Service Department.
- Consistently and profitably meet used vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of F&I.
- MUST BE ACTIVE: -RECRUITING, TRAINING, LEADING BY EXAMPLE WITH PHONE CALLS, FOLLOW UP AND PROSPECTING. PERSONALLY WORKING AND MANAGING INTERNET LEADS
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyse these metrics to isolate areas for improvement.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for Sales and Product Specialists.
- Guarantee delivery includes an introduction to the service department and the scheduling of the first service appointment.
Professional Experience:
At least 10+ years in Automotive Car Dealership Retail Car Sales/Finance experience in a Management position with a proven track record performing the listed requirements above.
