Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate vehicles confidently, highlighting features and benefits to match customer preferences.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software to track sales progress and follow-up activities.
- Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to enhance the customer experience and increase dealership revenue.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
- Develop strong relationships through excellent communication skills, bilingual support if applicable, and outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, preferably within a dealership environment.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and public speaking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math concepts.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently from prospecting to closing.
- Knowledge of outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining high levels of motivation and professionalism.
