A prominent Auto Dealership is looking to add a qualified Automotive Sales Manager to our team. This position demands a high-energy professional who has experience creating a positive sales environment and maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining a strong relationship with prime and subprime lenders
- Establish and maintain working relationships with Auto Manufactures
- Be proficient with inventory management
- Determine the customer’s need for finance and payment options
- Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI)
- Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs
- Achieve monthly forecasted income and penetration levels
- Work with service department to keep all pre-owned inventory marketable
- Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving goals
- Strong attention to details and the ability to work in a process driven environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead people
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
