Duties
- Lead and manage the dealership’s sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective coaching and motivation
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients, including outside sales efforts and B2B outreach
- Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals with a focus on customer satisfaction and upselling opportunities
- Maintain an active sales pipeline by prospecting through cold calling, outbound sales campaigns, and networking events
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory data, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement
- Oversee inventory control and management to ensure optimal stock levels of high-demand vehicles while minimizing excess inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills
- Support marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings through public speaking engagements or community events
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, local regulations, and industry standards related to automobile sales

- Extensive dealership experience with at least five years in automotive sales management or related roles
- Strong outside sales skills with the ability to generate new business opportunities through B2B channels
