- Lead from the Front: Dominate the Sales Process from the first phone call to the final sale ensuring every customer gets an elite experience.
- Master the Flow: Optimize staffing, scheduling, and technician productivity to turn the shop into a high-efficiency engine.
- Enforce Excellence: Ensure 100% completion of Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to maintain unwavering transparency and trust.
- Build an Elite Crew: Hire, train, and coach a disciplined team of technicians who take pride in precision and repair quality.
