SUMMARY
We are a well-established Dealership seeking an experienced automotive sales management professional to join our leadership team. This role is focused on supporting our existing sales and finance management structure by improving daily execution, process consistency, and overall performance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, professional, and experienced in working within a structured dealership environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales team
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and records for company reporting efforts
- Support daily sales floor operations and deal flow
- Assist with desking, closing, and process execution as needed
- Coach and support sales associates to improve efficiency and performance
- Maintain customer experience, compliance, and manufacturer standards
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Finance Managers
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years Dealership Sales Management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to obtain and meet goals/quotas
- Strong understanding of desking, closing, and dealership processes
- Professional leadership style with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to improve performance without disrupting established culture

Compensation and Scheduling
- $120k-100k depending on performance
- Monday – Saturday 5-day work Week
