Lead from the Front at a Growing Chevrolet Store
Parks Chevrolet is looking for a proven Sales Manager who’s ready to operate at a high level and help lead our sales team day to day. This is more than just a desk manager role — this is an opportunity for someone who can think, act, and perform at a GSM level, while working alongside ownership to drive the store forward.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the new and used vehicle sales departments
- Work deals, structure transactions, and ensure profitability
- Monitor inventory levels, aging, and pricing strategy
- Partner with leadership on ordering and managing new vehicle inventory
- Coach, train, and hold the sales team accountable to performance standards
- Drive showroom traffic, internet lead conversion, and overall sales volume
- Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and process consistency
- Collaborate with F&I and service to ensure a smooth customer journey
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (Chevy experience a plus)
- Someone capable of operating at or growing into a GSM-level role
- Strong leadership skills — can build, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Solid understanding of inventory management, desking, and deal structure
- Experience with CRM tools and digital lead management
- Performance-driven mindset with a focus on both volume and gross
- High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
