Eddy's Everything is currently looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team
- Organizing schedules and vacation request
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and implement them
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and records for company reporting efforts
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years sales experience
- Exceptional oral and written communicational skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to obtain and meet goals/quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in computer software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
