Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Automotive Sales Consultants
- Desk deals and structure car deals for maximum gross profit
- Drive new and used vehicle sales volume, gross, and CSI scores
- Monitor dealership KPIs, sales metrics, and performance reports
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with Finance (F&I) and executive leadership teams
- Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Requirements
- 5+ years of Automotive Sales Manager experience
- Strong experience with domestic brands (GM, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Ford, CDJR)
- Proven success in a high-volume dealership environment
- Advanced desking, closing, and deal structuring skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- Experience with truck sales is a strong plus
