Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise sales associates to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage staffing schedules, conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions, and participate in interviewing potential team members.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies, pricing policies, and promotional activities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience through excellent communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll, bookkeeping, purchasing, and inventory management to support store financial health.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and oversee cashiering duties with attention to cash handling procedures.
Experience
- MUST HAVE DEALERSHIP SALES MANAGER EXPERIENCE.
- Proven management experience in retail sales or store management with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong background in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting processes.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Prior assistant manager or shift supervisor experience preferred; leadership qualities are essential for team management roles.
