Job Overview
We are looking for a closing schedule (9am-6pm) Automotive Service Advisor/Customer Service Rep to join our team. No previous experience is needed! While some automotive knowledge is preferred, we will provide all necessary on the job training for the right candidate. We are seeking someone energetic and organized to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support and solutions to our valued clients. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints with a positive attitude.
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions or upgrades.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary, and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong plus.
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is advantageous.
