The Role
This is a dual-role position. You own the floor and the finance office. You'll desk deals, structure financing, and sell F&I products on every deal, close loans. In this role, you will be responsible for securing financing for every customer with a challenging or subprime credit. You will structure car deals from start to finish, prepare all financial documents accurately, and manage lender relationships to ensure approvals and maximize available programs. You will sell aftermarket warranties, GAP insurance, and other F&I products while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. Regulatory compliance is non-negotiable you will ensure every deal meets all applicable state and federal requirements. Above all, your goal is to maximize dealership profitability on every transaction while leaving every customer feeling confident in their purchase. You will respond to customer inquiries promptly, schedule appointments, and guide each customer through the financing process from first contact all the way to a closed loan.
Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
- Desk deals and manage negotiations — close directly when needed
- Enforce the road to the sale: meet, qualify, demo, appraise, desk, close, deliver
- Appraise trade-ins
- Monitor inventory aging and contribute to pricing strategy
- Track daily KPIs: units, front gross, appointments, show rate, closing rate
- Manage CRM follow-up and lead conversion
Finance & Insurance (F&I):
- Present financing menus using all 16 lender programs
- Maximize PVR through effective menu selling
- Sell F&I products: GAP, warranties, and ancillary products
- Submit deals
- Maintain strong lender relationships
Compliance:
- Ensure all deal jackets are complete and compliant before funding
- Disclose all finance charges and add-ons per TILA and Alaska statutes
- Protect the dealership from legal and regulatory exposure

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of automotive F&I experience at a dealership
- Proven track record hitting volume and gross targets
- Experience desking deals, structuring finance, and maximizing back-end gross
- Familiarity with DealerTrack, Cudl relationships with local credit unions
- Knowledge of Market Values
- Understanding of TILA disclosures and credit compliance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Available weekdays and Saturdays
- Subprime/challenged credit experience banks
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
