Regional Sales Manager (West Region)

Job Summary:

Responsible for the implementation of sales process plans and marketing programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute sales and marketing activities for the region to drive growth in accordance with corporate strategy and business plan for all product lines
Prepare annual budget forecasts and monthly sales reports
Cultivate and manage existing business and growth opportunities
Develop new business and increase market share
Establish, manage and improve relationships with key customers, expand relevant sales channels
Coordinate with project and application engineering, customer support, and education/training for the product programs
Assist in the management and implementation of pricing strategy
Travel to customer facilities, trade shows, and training as required
Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally - Must be able to travel approximately 50-60% of the time
Performs other duties as requested or required

Experience and Education:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years automotive aftermarket sales and marketing experience
Strong client relationship management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to plan and execute sales strategies efficiently
