Duties
- Lead and motivate the parts sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with enthusiasm and a results-oriented mindset
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Provide expert guidance on parts selection, availability, and technical specifications to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels effectively to meet demand while minimizing excess stock
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer interactions are positive and professional
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations, improve service delivery, and resolve customer issues promptly
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Cooling Tower Construction and/or Industrial parts industry, with a strong track record of meeting targets
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong communication abilities to clearly explain product features and benefits
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory management systems (Vista ViewPoint) and basic computer skills
- A proactive attitude with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions
