We area high-volume Luxury Dealer in a large Automotive Group offering huge growth potential with the opportunity to advance. This is NOT a position for a beginner. We will only consider Automotive Finance Managers with a MINIMUM of 3 years of experience being a F&I Manager.
Luxury experience is a PLUS, but not necessary for consideration.

Essential Duties include but not limited to:
- Provides customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties through menu selling.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer.
- Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
- Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Processes all federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
- Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.
- Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, trade documents before forwarding to accounting.
- Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Automotive F& I experience of at least 3 years required – Luxury experience preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
- Able to deal with confidential information appropriately.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
