We area high-volume Luxury Dealer in a large Automotive Group offering huge growth potential with the opportunity to advance. This is NOT a position for a beginner. We will only consider Automotive Finance Managers with a MINIMUM of 3 years of experience being a F&I Manager.

Luxury experience is a PLUS, but not necessary for consideration.

Essential Duties include but not limited to:

Provides customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties through menu selling.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer.
Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
Processes all federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.
Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, trade documents before forwarding to accounting.
Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Automotive F& I experience of at least 3 years required – Luxury experience preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
Able to deal with confidential information appropriately.
Demonstrated ability to close sales.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
