Salary Range: $80,000.00 -$250,000.00, with the potential for higher earnings based on experience and qualifications.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven F&I Manager to join our team. This role focuses on assisting customers with unique credit situations by securing financing options that fit their needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of subprime lending, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for helping customers achieve vehicle ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders specializing in special finance programs.
- Review and analyze credit applications to determine viable financing options.
- Structure deals that comply with lender guidelines while maximizing dealership profitability.
- Present financing options clearly and professionally to customers.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete for funding approval.
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the deal process and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations.
- Monitor and achieve monthly finance and insurance performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of automotive finance experience, with a focus on special finance or subprime lending.
- Strong knowledge of lender programs and credit evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK experience preferred).
- High level of integrity and commitment to compliance standards.
