What You’ll Do
- Structure, present, and finalize all finance and lease deals
- Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, etc.) with transparency and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
- Work closely with sales team to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with lenders and maintain approval efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation and deal processing
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (CDJR/Subaru experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of finance, leasing, and compliance regulations
- High level of integrity and customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $160,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
