General Manager – Automotive Dealership

Opportunity for Ownership | Rural Minnesota

Are you an experienced automotive leader looking for more than just another GM role? We are seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead a well-established automotive dealership in Rural Minnesota. This position will offer a clearly defined, performance-based path to ownership over time, with equity earned through consistent execution and tenure for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

Oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance
Serve as a highly visible, hands-on leader with day-to-day involvement across all departments
Comfortable operating within clear performance expectations, measurable objectives, and a strong culture of accountability
Lead, coach, and develop department managers and staff
Drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
Manage budgets, forecasting, and key performance metrics
Build strong relationships within the local community
Implement and maintain best practices across all departments

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Leader in an automotive dealership
Strong financial and operational management skills
Track record of growing sales, profitability, and team performance
Hands-on leadership style with high integrity and accountability
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term ownership
Willingness to relocate to or already reside in rural Minnesota

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
