Duties
- Greet customers warmly via phone, email, or in person, establishing a positive rapport from the first interaction
- Assist clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services to enhance their experience
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with prospects and existing customers, promoting new offerings or resolving inquiries
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently using phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills
- Enter data accurately into our systems, including customer information, sales transactions, and service requests using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and receipt issuance during sales or refunds
- Support client services by providing timely solutions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining detailed records of interactions
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required along with additional languages to better serve diverse clientele
- Proven experience in sales or customer support roles, preferably within a call center environment or retail setting
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client engagement strategies
- Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and offer effective solutions
- Previous experience in cash handling, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records is preferred
- Bilingual candidates will have an advantage in connecting with a broader customer base
