As a Lot Attendant/Valet at Rock Ridge Nissan Infiniti, part of the Generation Auto Group, you are responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the dealership lot and inventory. You play a key role in ensuring vehicles are ready for display, test drives, and delivery. Your efficiency and attention to detail directly support the sales team and enhance the customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Move and park vehicles throughout the lot in a safe and organized manner
- Maintain lot appearance, ensuring vehicles are properly lined up and presentable
- Transport vehicles to and from the car wash, gas station, and between dealership locations
- Ensure all vehicles have sufficient fuel and are ready for test drives
- Assist with vehicle deliveries by pulling cars up for customers
- Check vehicles for cleanliness, damage, battery life, and tire pressure
- Assist with stocking in new and used vehicle inventory
- Keep showroom and display areas clean and organized
- Support sales and management teams with day-to-day lot needs
- Assist with snow removal from vehicles and walkways during winter months
- Follow all safety procedures when operating and moving vehicles
In summary, Lot Attendants/Valets are responsible for keeping dealership operations running smoothly by maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient lot, supporting both the sales team and overall customer experience.
Who You Are
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record- Ability to drive automatic vehicles (manual is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment
