**Position Overview**
The **Car Detailer & Lot Attendant** is responsible for maintaining the appearance of our luxury vehicle inventory and keeping the dealership lot organized and presentable. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for cars.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Detailing:**
* Perform interior and exterior detailing of vehicles including washing, waxing, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning windows.
* Clean and maintain showroom-ready condition for all vehicles.
* Use detailing tools and products safely and effectively.
**Lot Attendant:**
* Organize and manage vehicle placement on the lot to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
* Move vehicles as needed for customers, deliveries, or service.
* Assist in photographing vehicles for online listings.
* Conduct basic inspections (e.g., tire pressure, battery check).
* Report any vehicle damage or needed maintenance.

**Day-to-Day Duties**
* Start the day by reviewing the detailing schedule and prioritizing showroom vehicles.
* Detail multiple cars per day, ensuring quality work on every vehicle.
* Assist sales teams by moving or preparing vehicles for customer test drives.
* Keep the lot, showroom, and customer areas clean and clutter-free.
* Support inventory intake and help inspect and prepare new arrivals for display.

**Requirements**
* Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
* Previous detailing or lot attendant experience preferred but not required – we will train the right person.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
