When We Operate
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 50 weeks per year
- Closed on all major holidays
- No weekend or late-night scheduling
- Seasonality affects the scheduling. We average 45 hours a week throughout the year.

Career Path & Earnings Potential
Our pay structure is designed to reward skill development and long-term commitment.
- Freshman Technician — $50K–$60K
- Sophomore Technician — $60K–$70K
- Junior Technician — $70K–$80K
- Senior Technician — $80K–$100K+
Compensation structures may include:
- W2 employment

- Flat rate/ Flag hours structure
