Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at V.I.P Automart LLC plays a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every customer. This position serves as the first point of contact, providing professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to clients in person, over the phone, and online. The CSR supports dealership sales and service operations by ensuring smooth communication, addressing customer needs, and promoting a positive dealership image.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, or via email in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding vehicles, financing, warranties, and dealership services.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments for sales and service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update dealership CRM systems.
- Assist in coordinating between sales, service, and finance departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after sales or service to ensure continued satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
- Provide product knowledge and dealership information to enhance customer experience.
- Support dealership marketing initiatives such as customer events, promotions, and online reviews.
- Perform other administrative and support tasks assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- At least 2 year experience in customer service, sales, or automotive industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Available to work from 10am to 7pm
Preferred:
- Bilingual Spanish to better serve a diverse customer base.
- Experience in an automotive dealership environment.
- Familiarity with automotive financing and dealership processes.
