Mike Shaw Toyota is looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our team and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

This is a critical role in our sales department. The Internet Sales Manager acts as the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring all online leads are handled quickly, correctly, and converted into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and respond to incoming internet leads (website, third-party sites, and CRM)
· Monitor and respond to Facebook & social media inquiries
· Assign and distribute leads to sales staff appropriately
· Ensure fast response times and consistent customer communication
· Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
· Track lead activity and follow-up through CRM (VIN Solutions or similar)
· Maintain daily communication standards and template
· Help improve online customer experience and reputation
· Assist with lead nurturing campaigns and follow-up processes
· Work directly with Sales Managers and assist with daily operations
