Roberts-Robinson Chevrolet GMC is looking for a motivated BDC Manager to join our team! Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings. Responsibilities
- Your main goal will be to engage with current and prospective customers and set appointments for our sales and service teams.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, live chats, and emails
- Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments, and gauge customer satisfaction
- Reschedule cancelled/no show customers
- Contact customers based on current marketing incentives
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle demonstrations
- Nurture customer relationships and build a strong pipeline of leads
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve goals
Qualifications
- Successful Customer Care Representatives MUST have excellent telephone skills
- A friendly/professional demeanor with excellent written and oral communication skill
- You MUST enjoy the phone and have the willingness to help customers overcome objections in order to set the appointment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet daily goals
- Cold calling/Call center skills
- Ability to work well with customers and present a friendly, helpful attitude at all times.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Must speak and write English fluently, Spanish fluency is optional, but beneficial
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and scheduling tools
- Prior experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role
- Automotive experience helpful but not required
- The ideal candidate is prompt and courteous, has an enthusiastic personality and a team player attitude
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
