A respected dealership with decades of community presence is seeking an experienced Ford Dealership Parts Manager to oversee its parts operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels at inventory management, vendor relationships, and driving departmental profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day parts department operations including inventory control, purchasing, and distribution.
- Lead and develop a team of parts counter professionals and warehouse staff.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure accurate ordering, and minimize obsolescence.
- Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to support operational needs.
- Track departmental performance and ensure profitability goals are met.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Ford dealership parts management.
- Proven success managing inventory and departmental profitability.
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with Ford or domestic brands strongly preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
