Duties
- Lead and motivate the service team to achieve high performance standards in vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and customer service.
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, workflow coordination, and ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, tire services, transmission repairs, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs.
- Oversee automotive diagnostics to accurately identify issues and recommend effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Drive sales through upselling additional services like auto estimating, service writing, and vehicle maintenance packages to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to industry regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while managing parts inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Foster excellent customer relationships by providing transparent communication, explaining repair procedures clearly, and ensuring overall satisfaction with the service experience.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership or automotive service management experience with a strong background in auto repair operations.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, transmissions, oil changes, brake systems, alignments, suspension components, tire services, diesel engines, shocks & struts, air brakes, and auto body repair.
- Hands-on mechanic experience combined with excellent leadership skills to manage technicians effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Experience in auto estimating and service writing to accurately assess vehicle needs and generate work orders.
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust.
- Familiarity with dealership procedures related to vehicle sales processes is a plus.

Pay: $70,427.42 - $105,000.00 per year
