Position Details:
Troncalli CDJR is actively seeking an experienced Express Lane Service Advisor to join our growing team. This position involves greeting customers and providing accurate estimates for repair costs and completion times.

Schedule:
- Monday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- OFF: Wednesday and Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with their vehicle concerns and questions.
- Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Help identify mechanical concerns by asking questions and providing accurate information on repair orders to help technicians diagnose issues.
- Explain repairs and charges to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain or exceed standards on OLP/NPS (CSI).
- Provide accurate repair estimates and time frames for completion.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation.
- Motivated and able to work on Saturdays, with a day off during the week.
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume dealership preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred, but not required.
- Clean pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, and drug test.
