Automotive Sales Manager — Preferred Auto Dealerships (West Michigan)

Preferred Auto Dealerships is looking for a proven Automotive Sales Manager who loves serving guests, building winning teams, and driving results the right way.

What you’ll do

Lead from the front with a guest-first, relationship-focused approach
Coach, mentor, and develop a sales team (daily accountability, training, motivation)
Desk deals effectively while maintaining strong gross and clean paperwork
Appraise trades and support inventory decisions with confidence and accuracy
Collaborate closely with F&I, BDC, and Fixed Ops to ensure a smooth handoff and great experience
Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with calm, steady leadership

What we’re looking for

Extensive automotive dealership experience (sales leadership preferred)
Strong track record of coaching and performance management
Solid skills in desking, structuring deals, and appraisals
High personal standards: work ethic, integrity, consistency
True team player who communicates well and supports the entire store
