Qualifications
Proven management experience with a domestic brand in a high-volume store
Currently employed in the automotive industry or recently departed
Strong professional reputation with verifiable references
Clean background, free of major criminal history
Reside locally or within a reasonable commuting distance
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 20-25 professionals, including sales consultants, ASMs, and managers
Desk 75+ deals per month
Participate in weekly sales meetings.
Oversee new car inventory, including lot staging and online merchandising
Manage dealer trades effectively
Monitor and manage traffic to ensure all leads are handled promptly and professionally
Maintain high standards for CSI and ESI, protecting the dealership’s reputation
Take full ownership of departmental performance and success
