Do you have the gift of gab, a passion for people, and a love for cars that turn heads? We’re looking for a Kia Salesperson to bring energy, excitement, and a whole lot of drive to our showroom!

At Paramount Kia Asheville, we don’t just sell cars—we create experiences. From the first test drive to the big “new car smell” moment, you’ll be the friendly face guiding customers to their perfect Kia match.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome customers like they’re family
Learn about each customer’s needs and match them with the Kia that fits their lifestyle
Show off the latest Kia technology and features like a pro
Build lasting relationships (we want people asking for you by name!)
Crush sales goals while having fun doing it
Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database
Works with Sales and F&I Managers and negotiates sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicle.
Walks the lot and visually inspects inventory.
Completes all paperwork and arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
Delivers and familiarizes the customer with the vehicle.
Attends/completes required training and department meetings.
Regular and predictable attendance.

Sales experience is awesome, but if you’ve got the right attitude—we’ll train you!
Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
Current valid driver’s license is required for all employees.
Mathematical skills including: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
