Sales Service Advisor/Writer Manager Opportunity with Leadership Potential

About the Role:
This is a dynamic, hands-on position that places you at the heart of our customer interactions and sales.
As a Sales Service Advisor and Writer, you’ll work alongside an incredible team of service advisors who are here to support you. With a team of 3-4 skilled technicians, you'll be essential in prioritizing both customer satisfaction and shop profitability. This role also provides an opportunity to showcase your leadership skills working along side the team of service advisors and guiding the shop to success.
Your compensation will be based on your ability to sell. (Salary + GP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales and Client Management: Lead sales efforts with honesty and integrity, keeping customer satisfaction and shop profitability at the forefront.
- Daily Sales and Productivity: Track your daily sales, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Maintain Standards and Systems: Ensure alignment with our established procedures to meet profit goals and efficiency standards.
- Promote a Positive Environment: Foster a clean, organized, and supportive workspace in our busy, high-volume shop

Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $70,000 - $150,000 per year (salary and commission-based)

What We’re Looking For:
If you’re self-motivated, a natural leader, solution-oriented, and bring a passion and experience for customer service and sales, this role could be perfect for you. We’re seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, value honesty and integrity, and take pride in maintaining high standards of service, with sales experience required of at least 3 years preferable in independent Auto repair shops. Additionally, strong leadership skills are highly valued as this role may evolve into managing a team of service advisors.
