Automotive BDC Manager (Customer Service)
Pay: $55,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday + rotating Saturdays
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated BDC Manager to lead our dealership’s customer service team. This role is responsible for managing daily BDC operations, coaching staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and experienced in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Business Development Center (BDC) team
- Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
- Handle inbound/outbound customer communications (calls, emails, internet leads)
- Track performance metrics and team productivity
- Utilize Excel and CRM tools to manage data and reporting
- Ensure follow-up processes are completed efficiently
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience required
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
