Twins Auto of Dublin is a fast growing chain of dealerships in Dublin Ohio. We are actively looking to add a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to our growing team! As a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our used vehicles. Your role will involve managing a team of sales professionals, hiring new sales talents, managing leads, making high level marketing decisions, pricing and insuring outstanding customer experience.

Duties
- Lead and motivate the pre-owned sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the dealership’s inventory turnover.
- Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service throughout the purchasing process.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and capitalize on emerging trends in the used car market.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting cold calls and outbound sales efforts to closing deals.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions, ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Conduct negotiations with customers to maximize upselling opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Oversee inventory management and control processes to ensure optimal stock levels of pre-owned vehicles aligned with market demand.
- Support the dealership’s marketing initiatives by participating in public speaking engagements, promotional events, and outreach efforts to attract new markets.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with prospects, customers, and team members.

SKILLS
- Proven experience in automobile sales, with a strong background in high-end or luxury vehicle markets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction .
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM software tools.
- Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, retail math, and automotive dealership operations.
- Excellent communication skills—public speaking experience is a plus—and phone etiquette proficiency.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; 5 plus years of dealership experience is required. Completed Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, finance and other related fields is a plus.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
