Daily Responsibilities
- Greet customers and build trust immediately
- Write accurate repair orders
- Present digital inspections and estimates clearly
- Communicate findings from technicians to customers
- Manage parts, timelines, and workflow
- Keep customers updated throughout the day
- Track KPIs and work daily to improve them
- Ensure every vehicle leaves fixed right and on time
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Confident communicator
- Able to multitask and stay organized
- Tech friendly (DVI systems, texting platforms, shop software)
- Valid driver license
