What You’ll Do
- Manage and follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries
- Build relationships with owner-operators and fleet customers
- Guide customers through a consultative, transparent sales process
- Match customers with the right trucks based on needs and budget
- Stay current on truck specs, market pricing, and financing options
- Maintain accurate activity and customer data in CRM
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive, truck, or heavy equipment sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to close deals and earn
- Ability to manage multiple leads and stay organized
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
