Napleton Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a driven, team-focused Parts Manager who knows how to lead, grow, and still enjoy life outside the dealership.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing parts team
- Maintain strong inventory control and profitability
- Work closely with Service and Sales to maximize efficiency and revenue
- Build relationships with vendors and ensure timely parts availability
- Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven GM experience in automotive parts management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
- A positive attitude with a “lead by example” mindset
