What You’ll Do: As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert helping customers find their perfect match. Your role will be equal parts trusted advisor, product guru, and customer service champion. You’ll:
- Engage with customers to learn their needs and match them to vehicles from our massive inventory of 20,000+
- Showcase features, accessories, and available options with confidence and clarity
- Customize payment plans that work for the customer’s budget and lifestyle
- Crush monthly sales goals and build lasting customer relationships
- Promote our Service departments as reliable, convenient options for long-term care
- Follow up consistently and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with teammates to keep the energy high and the results rolling
Who You Are:
- You’re a strong communicator who connects with people quickly and genuinely
- Self-motivated with a competitive edge and relentless drive to exceed goals
- Organized, resilient, and responsive—you thrive in fast-paced environments
- Have a valid in-state driver’s license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
