With substantial inventory, consistent traffic, and a results-driven environment, we are seeking a proven leader to step into a General Manager or General Sales Manager role.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a driven automotive leader ready to oversee dealership operations or lead a high-volume sales team. Whether you’re an experienced GSM looking to take the next step or a seasoned GM seeking a new opportunity, we provide the platform, resources, and support to succeed at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop sales teams to achieve and exceed volume and gross profit goals
- Drive dealership performance across all departments (Sales, F&I, Fixed Ops – for GM role)
- Establish and maintain a strong, performance-based culture
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including PVR, closing ratios, and inventory turn
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing team members
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy, forecasting, and growth initiatives

- Proven track record in automotive leadership (GSM, GM, or similar role)
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial performance
- High level of accountability, leadership, and team-building skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
