Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in used or recycled parts
· Prior leadership or management experience in a sales environment
· Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts identification

· Ability to analyze sales metrics and drive performance improvements
· Proficient with inventory management and sales software systems
· Experienced with data entry and analysis (KPI metrics, formulas, etc.) of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
