What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
- Support the sales team with communication, organization, and reporting
- Manage customer interactions and sales activity using ERP system
- Accurately process and place customer orders, including purchase orders and confirmations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate records
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (cosmetics experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
