Our shop is buzzing, our bays are full, and we need a master of the front desk to keep the wheels turning. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who excels at multitasking and thrives in a busy, professional environment.

This is a non-technical role—you don’t need to be a mechanic. You just need to be a pro at managing schedules and making sure our clients feel taken care of from the moment they drop off their keys to the moment they drive away.

Core Responsibilities

The Voice of the Shop: Manage a multi-line phone system with a professional and upbeat attitude.
Calendar Management: Schedule service appointments efficiently to keep our workflow steady and our technicians productive.
Client Check-Out: Handle all "cashier" duties, including processing credit cards, explaining invoices clearly, and ensuring all paperwork is signed.
Customer Hospitality: Greet every person who walks through the door, manage the waiting area, and keep the coffee fresh.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate customer records and follow up via text or email regarding vehicle status updates. Scan and file paperwork related to parts and supply purchases.
Handle loaner car software: Ensuring schedule is correct and capturing and checking insurance information.

The Ideal Candidate

Highly Organized: You love a good checklist and can handle three things happening at once without breaking a sweat.
People Person: You’re naturally empathetic and know how to turn a busy Monday morning into a positive experience for a customer.
Reliable & Punctual: The shop runs on time, so we need a team player who does too.
Computer Proficient: You’re comfortable learning our shop management software and navigating basic office programs.
