Our shop is buzzing, our bays are full, and we need a master of the front desk to keep the wheels turning. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who excels at multitasking and thrives in a busy, professional environment.
This is a non-technical role—you don’t need to be a mechanic. You just need to be a pro at managing schedules and making sure our clients feel taken care of from the moment they drop off their keys to the moment they drive away.
Core Responsibilities
- The Voice of the Shop: Manage a multi-line phone system with a professional and upbeat attitude.
- Calendar Management: Schedule service appointments efficiently to keep our workflow steady and our technicians productive.
- Client Check-Out: Handle all "cashier" duties, including processing credit cards, explaining invoices clearly, and ensuring all paperwork is signed.
- Customer Hospitality: Greet every person who walks through the door, manage the waiting area, and keep the coffee fresh.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate customer records and follow up via text or email regarding vehicle status updates. Scan and file paperwork related to parts and supply purchases.
- Handle loaner car software: Ensuring schedule is correct and capturing and checking insurance information.
The Ideal Candidate
- Highly Organized: You love a good checklist and can handle three things happening at once without breaking a sweat.
- People Person: You’re naturally empathetic and know how to turn a busy Monday morning into a positive experience for a customer.
- Reliable & Punctual: The shop runs on time, so we need a team player who does too.
- Computer Proficient: You’re comfortable learning our shop management software and navigating basic office programs.
