We are expanding our Business Development Center (BDC) and are seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-driven individual to join our award-winning team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Respond promptly to all internet, phone, and chat inquiries using a warm, professional, and engaging approach.
Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward the right Cadillac vehicle options.
Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurate and timely.
Follow up consistently with unsold leads and past customers through phone, email, and text communication.
Accurately log all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system (VinSolutions experience a plus).
Coordinate with sales managers and product specialists to ensure a seamless transition from lead to in-person visit.
Stay up to date on current Cadillac inventory, incentives, and lease/finance offers.
Represent Gold Coast Cadillac with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience not required, but automotive BDC, internet sales, or customer service is a MAJOR plus! (Cadillac or luxury brand experience a plus).
Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office; experience with VinSolutions preferred.
Self-starter with a strong desire to meet and exceed performance goals.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury dealership environment.
Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
