Volvo Cars Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant / Car Sales Professional / Internet Sales Associate to join our growing luxury sales team.
If you have experience in automotive sales, dealership sales, internet lead management, or commission-based sales, this is your opportunity to represent a globally recognized luxury automotive brand known for safety, innovation, and Scandinavian design.
We’re looking for someone who understands modern car sales, knows how to work internet leads, set appointments, and close deals, and is committed to delivering a premium customer experience.
Automotive Sales Responsibilities (Retail + Internet Sales)
- Manage internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
- Deliver a high-end, consultative car buying experience
- Guide customers through the full sales process from first contact to delivery
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Present pricing, financing, and lease options
- Maintain consistent CRM follow-up (calls, texts, email)
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business
- Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales / car sales / dealership experience REQUIRED
- Experience with internet sales leads and CRM systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and success-driven in a commission sales environment
- Professional presence aligned with a luxury brand
- Bilingual is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
