Expertec Automotive, Orange County’s 9x “Best of OC” award-winning auto repair facility, is looking for a high-performing Service Advisor to join our Huntington Beach team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers
- Accurately document vehicle concerns and service needs
- Build trust by clearly explaining repair recommendations
- Manage appointments and workflow efficiently
- Communicate repair updates and timelines proactively
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repair plans
- Source and order parts directly from vendors
- Ensure accuracy in parts pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Manage repair orders from estimate through final invoice
- Process payments and maintain organized documentation
- Help maintain a clean, professional service environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 5 years of Auto Repair SALES experience (Required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
- Proficient with service software and computer systems
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Additional Required Skills:
- Experience sourcing and ordering parts from aftermarket and OE vendors
- Ability to independently manage parts procurement for each repair order
