This new Estimator position will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. We expect our Estimator/writer to put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. We also are looking for a production/sales-driven mentality with room for growth. We are also looking for somebody with experience in CCC One and Mitchell.

Responsibilities

Experience with Geico Claims is mandatory, as well as a track record of success with Geico. WE expect roughly 15-20 Geico Claims per month to be handled flawlessly.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Create profitable and Accurate estimates for the body shop
Fluently operate CCC as an estimating platform
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Work with parts team, production team and body man, to ensure proper repairs on your vehicles.

PAY: Commision pay ONLY with Biweekly draw

Skills

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4,800.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
