Aggressively growing dealership doing 100+ units/month is hiring a proven operator to take full ownership of the new vehicle department.
New vehicles are yours—from ordering to delivery. Own it.
What You Own
- Ordering & allocation strategy (day supply, turn, mix)
- OEM relationships & program execution
- Inventory lifecycle: inbound → aging → pricing → exit
- Desking & deal structure (front-end performance)
- Merchandising & pricing strategy
- Master OEM incentives, rebates, and holdback to drive pricing strategy and grow market share
- Team leadership, training, and accountability
- Process, follow-up, and daily execution
