A confidential, high-volume automotive dealership in New Mexico is actively seeking a proven Automotive Sales Manager with strong leadership, desking, and closing skills. This is a high-income opportunity for a results-driven manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of automotive sales consultants
Desk deals, structure transactions, and maximize front- and back-end gross
Drive performance across new and pre-owned vehicle sales
Monitor and improve KPIs including closing ratio, gross profit, volume, and CSI
Train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Ensure a top-tier customer experience from initial contact through delivery
Collaborate with leadership on inventory management and pricing strategy

Requirements:

3+ years of Automotive Sales Manager experience (domestic brands preferred)
Proven success in a high-volume dealership environment
Strong desking, closing, and F&I knowledge
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
Ability to work retail hours, including Saturdays
