What You'll Do
- Greet customers and build lasting relationships
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
- Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
- Set appointments and convert opportunities into sales
- Present pricing, financing options, and vehicle features confidently
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software
- Stay current on Ford products, incentives, and promotions
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that generates repeat and referral business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience required
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Experience in retail sales, BDC, call center, phone sales, or commission-based sales environments is a plus
